Krieger Industries
An Australian maker, its whole online presence rebuilt and run month to month.
Situation
Krieger Industries designs and sews belts, pouches and custom nylon gear at its workshop in Townsville, Queensland. It needed its whole online presence rebuilt, and someone to run it.
What I did
I rebuilt it end to end: the Shopify website, Klaviyo email, the Meta and Google ad accounts, the automations that join them, and a Slack channel where the owner sees what’s happening. I run all of it now, with regular reporting, and I built the capability statement page on the Krieger site.
