AI integrations

AI inside your site or store: an assistant that answers from your own catalogue and policies, search that understands what people mean, support replies drafted for your team.

Will the 40L pack fit in the overhead locker?

Usually, yes. The Daypack 40 measures 55 × 35 × 20 cm, which sits inside most domestic carry-on limits. It’s worth checking your airline before you fly.

Working together

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Brands with a real product and a site, store or process that has outgrown its template. Most are small teams selling online.

Do I need Shopify?

Only if you sell online and it suits your catalogue. When a store isn’t the job, I build custom sites in Astro.

Can you take over an existing site, store or ad account?

Yes. I start with an audit so we both know what’s there before I change anything.

How do I start?

Send a brief from the contact page. I reply within one business day with times for a short call. The first call is free.

Do you work outside Sydney?

Yes. I work remotely, so it doesn’t matter where you are. Calls happen online.

AI

What’s the difference between an integration and an automation?

An integration works in front of your customers, like an assistant on your store. An automation works behind the scenes for your team, like a Monday sales report that lands in your inbox. Many projects use both.

Will an assistant say something wrong to my customers?

It can, so I limit it to your own content, link every answer to its source, test it on real questions, and hand anything uncertain to a person.

What does it cost to run?

It depends on volume and which models it calls. The scope includes a running cost estimate before I build anything.

Cost and ownership

How do you price a project?

Every job is priced on its own. You get a written scope with the cost before work starts. Ongoing operations run as a monthly arrangement.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the job, so each one gets its own timeline. It’s in the written scope, next to the cost, before anything starts.

Who owns the work?

You do, once it’s paid for. Code, accounts and content sit in your name.
